Regulations for Eloping in ArizonaRequirements can vary between counties, but in general, you must apply in person for a license to elope in AZ, which expires one year from the date issued and costs $50 (cash or money order). Bring picture ID (e.g., driver's license), and you may require social security cards and/or birth certificates.
The couple must be age 18 or over, do not have to be residents of Arizona, and if divorced, do not have to produce divorce decrees. There is no waiting period, no tests are required, and cousins may marry if over age 65 or show proof that one of them cannot reproduce.
