Regulations for Getting Married in Oklahoma

You must be age 18 or over and will need photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and your social security numbers to get your license at a county clerk’s office. If previously married, bring copies of death certificates and/or divorce decrees (which must have been issued at least six months earlier).

There are no residency requirement, no waiting period, no blood tests, and the cost of a license is $25-$50 valid for 10 days anywhere in the state. A certificate from a premarital counseling course reduces the cost to $5 (call the county clerk to be sure).
